Education

I recently graduated with my Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in Foreign Language Pedagogy through the University of Massachusetts in Boston. I graduated from Lee University in 2014 with a Bachelor's of Science in Human Development (Early Childhood Education) and Elementary Education with minors in TESOL, Spanish, and Religion.

Experience

This is my seventh year as an ESOL Specialist and my first year at Harrison Elementary.

I previously worked as an ESOL Specialist for six years at East Lake Elementary.

I worked for the Read to Be Ready Summer Program here at East Lake Elementary in Summer 2018 and 2019.

I had to opportunity to teach fourth grade at East Brainerd Elementary with 21st Century in Summer 2017.

I was a substitute teacher in Palm Beach County, FL before coming to East Lake.

I taught English and Math in RazalPhilippines.

BIO

I was born and raised in a small town in South Florida. I moved to Tennessee to attend Lee University for college. After college, I received the opportunity to become an ESOL teacher here at East Lake Elementary.
