<Hello! I am Mrs. Caples and I teach English as a Second Language here at East Lake Elementary. I attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for 3 years I discovered my passion for teaching reading and attended Lipscomb University to obtain my Masters of Education degree. I am a licensed Literacy Specialist and love teaching students to read and write! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. We like to explore different cities! >
